Type of Examination: Ultrasound of Whole Abdomen

Technique: Real-time ultrasonography performed in multiple planes.

Findings:

• Liver: Normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion seen.
• Gall Bladder: Normal wall thickness. No stone or sludge noted.
• Common Bile Duct: Within normal limit.
• Pancreas: Visualized and appears normal.
• Spleen: Normal in size and echogenicity.
• Kidneys: Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position. No hydronephrosis or calculus seen.
• Urinary Bladder: Moderately distended, wall thickness normal.
• Uterus: Anteverted, normal size. Endometrial thickness within normal limit.
• Ovaries: Both ovaries normal in appearance.
• No free fluid in pelvis or peritoneal cavity.
